Architect Design
Vokay Group is an Australian-owned Company specialising in Building Design & Architectural Drafting methods, Council DA and CC Submission Services, and Complying Development Certificate (CDC) applications – a truly one-stop shop.
- Design Stage 1: Consultation & Concept Brief
At the beginning of your design project, we will meet you on site to learn about your building design goals and needs. We will provide you with guidance on pathways and checkpoints for your projects approval, and discuss realistic possibilities that will work within your budget.
- Design Stage 2: Plan & Design
With your concept brief in hand, we begin to resolve and design your project in accordance with the relevant planning regulations. During this time, we will work closely with you ensuring you are as involved in the design process as you would like to be. We offer an honest and transparent service, including you at every point of the building design journey.
- Design Stage 3: Documentation & Lodgement
Once we have arrived at a design you’re absolutely happy with, Action Plans will completely document your design, creating a set of plans for lodgement to begin the council approval or Complying Development approval process. Action Plans understand local councils and The Building Codes of Australia better than anyone in the Sydney industry. We are constantly keeping up with industry changes and we work closely with you to ensure your design requirements are met.
